D05: LEAP YEAR

And you better leap for your life, lest you get swallowed up!

C05: SEEING STARS

Game screen mock-ups, I've been doing since I was in grade school. Something to keep me going while work gets heavy with the response (and overreaction) to the Fukushima Daiichi disaster. Five points to whoever can spot the reference!

Money is back in the coffers, so way later than expected, but still on the books is a potential podcast. Sit tight!

B31: BLOODY MEMORY

Been feeling out of sorts for awhile now. This oughta straighten things out.

A37: HANGOVER

Truth be told, it's been extremely rough since San Diego Comic Con.

I willfully go with unpaid leave from work, because... well... it's San Diego Comic Con! The kinds of people I meet there, the places I go throughout Southern California, I make back in epicness what I lose in paychecks! This year I was smarter -- saved up more and budgeted for rent's sake. But losing a week's pay still hurts like hell. Especially after my car gave out on me.

I've tripped up a little, gotten pretty sullen over how much still needs to be done. But looking back, it's still been a hugely productive year. This next three months is the last big push to finish strong.

Look forward to (fantastic) news on "The Demon Mages", some doujinshi projects I've been itching to finish, and at least some words back from Anime Weekend Atlanta, New York Anime Fest, and the last minute scramble to get to Tokyo this December.

A35: OFF THE CUFF

More of the plucky Guardian, Sylvie. I was playing The Guardian Legend/Guardic Gaiden over the SDCC week, and fell back in love with it. Let's see where this goes, eh?

A34: THE GUARDIAN LEGEND

Just a quick post. SDCC was a kick in the pants, and I hope to have all my goods together later this weekend. But I mean... c'mon! It's Miria, the Guardian!

EDIT, 08-01-09: Miria's not alone! The many looks of the blue Guardian, "Sylvie."
