A15: ARCADIA
It's fun to design characters. Here's Hikaru, Chiaki & Mizuho -- expanding on this crazy shmup/STG girls idea. Don't like the color scheme too much for Mizuho, but it's a work in progress. Chiaki looks great. Hikaru's cute.
